Default encounter error 1311 during setup

I've tried to upgrade Outlook 2003 to 2007 and setup failed giving me the
error message 1311, and that a file (D/SKU112.CAB) could not be found. Setup
then cancels. But my old Outlook will no longer open saying MAPI32.DLL is
corrupted. Any ideas

Uninstall Outlook 2007, uninstall Outlook 2003, clean up the installation
using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/), then reinstall Outlook 2007.
