Default Which formula combination will solve my anticipation

Sheets in workbook
1) First page
2) Inventory
3) Lookuptbable
4) Summary

I have a column in the first page that takes codes and bringing in to the
second column products names. I want the formula to carry on and inform me
from a search in my summary sheet if that product name entered in the second
column will need reordering or it was ok for now.

I will need to have this to the right separate from the first lookup that
gives me the product names.
I already have this formula in my inventory sheet but i now want it to be in
my first page with the lookup together.

=IF(OR(summary[[#This Row],[UNITS
OLD]]={25;55;85;115;145;175;205;235;265;295;325;355;385 ;415;445;475;505;535;565;595;625;655;685;715}),"Re-Order","OK")

Please hesitate not to ask for more clarifications
