Custom 2003 installation w/ CIW
I am installing Outlook 2003 and using CIW to make some changes. We are
upgrading each profile to use Cached Exchange mode from a combo of offline and non-offlined profiles. The users that have offline folders only had a few folders checked for offline use. How do I set all folders to be cached or is it done automatically?

Based on my experience, Cached Exchange mode is set for ALL folders. Although it looks like that only a few folder are checked for offline use, actually all folders are cached as long as we have checked for cached Exchange mode. Hope it helps.
