Definition of 'one computer'
Hi,
My Office 2003 license states that it can be used on one computer. Does this preclude using it on a desktop and a laptop owned by the same person, when the two machines are not being used simultaenously? I thought this was the standard software license policy, where both desktop and laptop PCs can be used on a single license, but would like to confirm that in the context of Office 2003. Thanks SL |

Sitara Lal,
Is your version oem/pre-installed on your computer? If so this is the case. One machine one license. For retail versions here are the EULA's: http://www.microsoft.com/office/eula/en.mspx |
