Funny you should ask because my husband and I don't seem to agree on this. I
never format CDs. I just take them off the spindle and pop my data onto it. He formats them first - no clue why. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "al" wrote in message ... how do I reformat a mac formatted disc to a microsoft format? |

Go to My computer, right click on the drive you want to format and select FORMAT. Let Windows do the rest. Please don't select C- Drive as it is the default OS drive. hth al wrote: how do I reformat a mac formatted disc to a microsoft format? |

Hello, JoAnn!

I know there is a method produced by the Nero people called IN-CD (I even have it on my system disc) that lets you use the CD like a big floppy but the formatting is tediously long, IMHO. Exactly. I bought a spindle of 100 disks several years (5?) ago. I have
about 30 left. I may use 1 every other month. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "James Silverton" not.jim.silverton.at.comcast.not wrote in message . .. Hello, JoAnn! I used a whole bunch of them in one shot about two years ago making some
back up disks. My current usage is about one a month. But your math is otherwise correct. :-) -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "Bob I" wrote in message ...
