Default Indentify Text in tableCells for TOCs (level1)

Trying to identify text in table cellsto be topics in
a TOC and the document map. Document map aides in navigation.
Word Document Map is not picking up any LEVEL1 headings if it's
contained in a table cell. Is there a method to include
table cell contents into a document map/TOC?

THanks.

I don't think there's a way to make the Document Map pick it up. A TOC
should pick up H1 entries in table cells, though.
