Help with image formatting
Hi all,
I am writing a manual consisting of 100 images and I want to know if I can do the following in an automated way. 1. All the images should be of size 4'' by 6'' if Lock aspect ratio is checked it should be unchecked 2. All should have a common border of type box. I think I can use a macro. But the problem is I never used a macro; can some one please help me? Also once the macro is used it should be disabled, as a manual should not contain macros. Thanks in advance. SAM |

Help with image formatting
Best not to multi-post your queries in this newsgroup.
As mentioned elsewhere you can use a table cell, sized to you requirements, then the images inserted will size automatically to the cell. You can also use the cell border to affect the common border type you want. Also, forgot to mention before, but once you have created the "template" of you image cell, you can save this as an AutoTest entry, so adding new cells can be as quick as five keystrokes. Hope this helps DeanH "sam" wrote: Hi all, I am writing a manual consisting of 100 images and I want to know if I can do the following in an automated way. 1.
