How do you import Outlook 2000 data files (.pst) into Outlook XP?

Default How do you import Outlook 2000 data files (.pst) into Outlook XP?

New computer uses Office XP. I transferred the .pst files over to Profiles
directory (3 users on computer) - I keep getting the message that I do not
have permission to access the .pst file.
