"Action" stripped from signature HTML?
Hi, trying to use a submit form in an Outlook 2003 signature. Basically
something like this: form name="input" action="html_form_action.asp" method="get" input type="text" name="user" input type="submit" value="Submit" /form Entered via FrontPage as signature editor or picking up HTML file. But the resulting form in Outlook doesn't work, seems that Outlook strips the action code from the HTML - using the signature results in a mail with this source code: html head META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=us-ascii" meta name=Generator content="Microsoft Word 11 (filtered)" style !-- /* Style Definitions */ p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {margin:0cm; margin-bottom:.0001pt; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} a:link, span.MsoHyperlink {color:blue; text-decoration:underline;} a:visited, span.MsoHyperlinkFollowed {colorurple; text-decoration:underline;} span.EmailStyle17 {font-family:Arial; color:windowtext;} @page Section1 {size:595.3pt 841.9pt; margin:70.85pt 70.85pt 70.85pt 70.85pt;} div.Section1 {page:Section1;} -- /style /head body lang=NO-BOK link=blue vlink=purple div class=Section1 p class=MsoNormalfont size=2 face=Arialspan style='font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Arial' /span/font/p p class=MsoNormalfont size=2 face=Arialspan style='font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Arial' /span/font/p form method=Get enctype="application/x-www-form-urlencoded" div p class=MsoNormalfont size=3 face="Times New Roman"span style='font-size: 12.0pt'INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="user"INPUT TYPE="submit"/span/font/p p class=MsoNormalfont size=3 face="Times New Roman"span style='font-size: 12.0pt' /span/font/p /div /form /div /body /html Any help appreciated |
