Default charting a schedule

I want to use a chart to chart a schedule. I will input the times on
one page and a sidewase graph will show the start times and end times
with a lunch. It will also show me how many people I have here every
30min. of the day. I am scheduleing a larg number of people and alway
have to have a maximum number there. How can I do this.

If you have any examples you can e-mail them to

Scheduling, per se, is a very challenging exercise. It is definitely
beyond the scope of my note. However, if you have the schedule and want
to see a visual display of it, consider displaying it in a Gantt chart
style. Search google for various XL and non-XL possibilities. Two XL-
based options are documented through my web site.
