Default separate sounds for MS Outlook 2007 and Windows Live Mail

I have installed both Windows Live Mail and MS Outlook 2007 on my computer.
However, I want each program to have its own individual sound file to play
for new messages. How can I do that?

You'll have to disable the default sound then in Outlook and create a rule
to play a specific sound when a message arrives.

It would be similar to this but then without any condition;
