Default Upgrading from Pro Trial To Small Business

I would like to know if its possible to convert my MS 2007 Business Pro Trial
to a Small Business version without having to uninstall and loose my work.
Would also like to know if I can use my purchased version on my business
partners computer (separate IP address) without having to pay additional
costs or for another Suite package. We only have the two computers.
TIA

I wouldn't recommend it. And just because you uninstall Office doesn't mean
you lose your work.

And no, you cannot install your software on someone else's computer. I can't
even install my copy on my husband's computer so business partner is
definitely out.
