Default A UI design tool?

I am looking for a good, generic, GUI design tool. Ideally, a Visio
template, but I'm open to other products. Specifically, I am looking for
something that can let me layout the presentation layer with all the familiar
objects, including tabs, drop-downs, radio buttons, checkboxes, etc.

See my reply to the post "Can updates on one page filter down to other
pages?"

Visio Professional can definitely accomplish this task, and many internal
Microsoft teams use the product this way. One point of frustration that has
been mentioned several times is Visio's inability to copy-paste from one
page to another and automatically maintain the same coordinates for the
shapes.

Thanks, Mark. I have Visio Standard; guess I should have bought the
Professional edition. Still and all, I would have expected such templates to
be available in the net somewhere. I have found one (from www.guuuui.com)
which is working out ok.

You have one too many "u"s. It should be www.guuui.com.
