Default Missing Messages

Presviously I used Windows XP and Outlook Express for e-mail.
After installing Windows 7, I had to switch to Microsoft Outlook for e-mail.
It works for sending messages but receives only some that are sent to me---I
am missing many that friends say they have sent

Have you checked your Junk folder? Do you have rules to move their mail to
folders?

Well, no you don't. You can use Windows Live Mail (which would be able to
import your Outlook Express files directly) or Thunderbird or Eudora or Opera
or Mulberry or Pegasus Mail or Incredimail or Foxmail or...

It works for sending messages but receives only some that are sent to me---I
am missing many that friends say they have sent


Log into your mail server and see if they appear there in the mailbox. If
not, then it's not Outlook's fault they don't arrive.
