Default Hyperlink field / Allowing Full Menu's

I have a hperlink field that I want users to be able to Add, Open ect on my
form. It works until I uncheck the "Allow Full Menu" in the Access Options
area. However, I don't want to leave this unchecked because it allows users
to potentially get to design view and other areas but I also want user to
have the full functionality of the hyperlink field. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
