delay action in reports

Hello. I am noticing in A2007 when in the report area (design, etc) that
there is a delay. An example is if I move a textbox, I grab it, make the
motion to move it, but there is a delay. The report area is the only place
this delay action occurs. Just moved to A2007 and wondering if there is a
setting that needs correcting or something. Have others experienced this and
if so what was done to correct it?
