I don't understand your first question.

As for a web site created with Publisher 2000, you are invited to visit:

http://www.tinyurl.com/wifs

Many links to many places including some music files.

This was copied directly out of the Help file.

Add a logo to a personal information set

Open a Publisher-designed publication that contains a logo.
-Or-
Insert a logo placeholder as a personal information component.
To edit the placeholder logo:

Click the text frame in the logo and then type the text you want.

Double-click the picture frame, and then choose the picture you want.

To make other design changes, click the wizard button.
To replace the logo with a logo picture file you already have, click the
wizard button, click Picture file that I already have, and then click Insert
Picture to locate the picture file.

Save the publication.
A message appears asking if you want to save the logo to the personal
information set.
Click Yes.

Note: Logos that are created using the Design Gallery cannot be associated
with a personal information set.
