Default .ins file parameters

Hello,

I'm trying to do a .ins file for automatic mail configuration in
Outlook/Outlook Express. (The .ins file enter in automatic way, login,
password, mail server etc ...). My problem is that it always ask me for
configure the Internet connection. Can i do a .ins file without Internet
connection parameters (not [phone], [user], etc...) or tel it to use the same
parameters that actual Internet Explorer configuration ?
How can i do this, can you help me please ?
