Default Using the "From" field in a Mail Merge

Is it possible to use "Mail Merge" to send emails using the From Field?

In this case I want to send a personalized email but use a specific "From"
Address. Not from me but from an alias...

You need to be logged in to the mail program with the account from which you
want the message sent as the default account.
