Default "OE has removed access to this file as it found it unsafe" error m

Hi,

Friend has received this message while downloading his email in Outlook Express 6. He believes it is a safe word document, how does he get to see the file and download it.

I didnt think there was a file restriction table within OE only Outlook 2000+. Is this message generated by OE or an anti virus app running on his box.

Is it an attachment?

ToolsOptionsSecurity. Uncheck: "Do not allow
attachments................."

And see these articles about virus protection in OE 6:

Check the other security settings at this page too.

I am too having the same problem with outlook express 6

Does anyone have any ideas on how you can get access to
the attachment once outlook express says it's unsafe.
