Default Problem installing MS 2000 in Microsoft 98 Operating system

I am getting errors trying to install MS 2000 onto my
Microsoft 98 2nd Edition operating system!!
Can anyone help?? I have never had a problem before.
Here are the 2 errors I keep getting:

error 1308 source file not found: D:\SETUP.HLP. Verify
that the file exists and that you can access it.

Error 1311 Source file not found: D:\OFFICE1.CAB. Verify
that the file exists and that you can acess it.

If anyone can help I would be forever grateful!!!!

UPDATE: I did manage to copy the contents of the MS 2000
Office CD and paste it to my hard drive but got an error
when I clicked on Setup.exe (Could not find a package
to install on the installation media.) I am not sure what
is wrong.

Thx!

Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
where path is the path to the SR-1 Update. When you click Ignore, you
receive another similar error message. If you continue to click Ignore when
each error message appears, eventually an error message appears that lists
each of the following files:
