Excel 2000 portrait print preview and printing

I have a user here who uses excel 2000

when he does print preview of a worksheet it comes up and he chooses
landscape but in the preview it stays as portrait. When he
prints it though it always comes out in portrait. He had this issue a
few weeks back. I reinstalled Office 2000 and it seemed to bw working
fine, but now its happening again.Ive tried all the following:

Repair of excel
Reinstall office 2k
Delete and re-add the printer from the workstation Delete and readd the
printer to the printer server Recreated his profile

Other users are able to print the same spread sheet to the same printer
in landscape fine and are able to print previerw in Landscape fine.

When the user affected prints to another printer, he can preview it fine in landscape and the print comes out fine in landscape.

So the printer cant be a problem as other users can preview and print in landscape fine,and i have reinstalled office so it cant be the program.Also other users can preview and print the same doc fine in landscape,so ut cant be the spreadsheet.

The user has this problem with all excel spreadsheets only. Other office applications are fine.

PLEASE HELP BEFORE I TEAR ALL MY HAIR OUT !!!!!!!!

Any ideas bro?
