Default Newsgroup automatic download

Presently, I have to click on "Sync All" to download
all my newsgroups. However, e-mail is automatically
downloaded every 5 minutes.

Is there any way to have newsgroups automatically
downloaded also?

Tools | Options | Read. Uncheck: Get XXX headers at a time.

Also, unless this post was sitting in your Outbox for awhile, your clock is
off.

Thanks. I think that did the trick.
That post did sit in my Outbox for a while.
The computer was quite busy downloading
from a slow newsgroup server.

It appears that the message bodies are not automatically being
downloaded for the newsgroups I have specified that to occur.
I see the note at the bottom of the screen that says newsgroups
are being checked right after e-mail is automatically checked.
Is it just downloading the subjects of the posts?

I don't know what is causing this. It should be downloading the posts. The
only thing I can suggest is creating a new identity and testing it.
Hopefully someone else will have an idea.
