Default Busy Search shows notes from meetings

User has Outlook 2002. Unlike any other user in our organization that we
know of, when people invite her to a meeting and do a busy search, they are
able to not only see the blocks of time that she has other activities, but
they can also read both the subject and any notes she has on those other
activities. We have not found any setting in her Outlook that appears any
different from the other people to indicate why her appointments are so
open. She has no one setup as a delegate.

How do we turn off the visibility allowing anyone to see her appointments
when scheduling her for a new appointment? (Marking everything as private
is a good option.) Thanks for any help.
