Default Refresh Form

I have a main form with a subform based on a table. When the user comes back
to the main form I would like the table data to refresh showing changes. This
form does remain open while the users open other forms. How can I force a
refresh on the main form?

Did you try on the On Activate event adding me.refresh or me.requery?
