Default Balance Sheet Template

I am working with balance sheet template.
I would like to add extra rows in the sheet but it won't
let me. 'Insert' option is greyed out.

Maybe the sheet is protected?
Go to Tools/Protection/Unprotect
It could also be protected with a password that you will have to enter to
unprotect.
