Default Word merge file help needed

I have a Lease.doc that works fine using the bookmark method with one
exception. If the bookmark is in the header or footer it will only print
once and I have to restart the Access app to print another lease. Rem the
code for the header bookmark in Access and remove the bookmark in Word and I
could print as many as I want no problem. I'm using Office XP and Access app
has 2002 version files. Is there something I'm missing about bookmarks and
header/footers.
