Default Exporting Form - Keeping Format

I am exporting a Form from Access and it doesnt keep the format of what I
thought I created ... In particular Rectangles containing text boxes and
labels ...
It appears fine as a snapshot but the format is lost when exporting to RTF
... is there any way to keep all this information ???

My export code is

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "Issues Report", acFormatSNP, "c:\Issues
Report, true

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Many Thanks
