Thanks, found that one and all cost. I read somewhere that there is a way to
do it but now I can't find it. Has something to do with Sever 2000.

Windows 2000 doesn't have anything to enable Outlook sharing. It's also not
free.

Maybe you read something about a "SharePoint Server"? Have a look on the
article, you will get also the information what is possible with the
SharePoint Server, but all solutions for Outlook 2003 were not for free.
