First, it would be helpful if you would define what you mean by "print off
certain days of the calendar". Are you saying you want to print the day's
schedule for certain days, a range of days on the same page, such as the
1st-3rd, or that you want to print random days on the same page, such as the
5th, the 16th, and the 29th? Do you care how many days appear on the page?

Second, in the future, please be sure to include the version of Outlook you
are using when you post here. There are variations in function available
with different versions of Outlook, and it's impossible to tell a person what
they want to know or where/how they need to click if they don't provide that
information. The folks who post solutions here are willing to help, but we
can't read your mind.

Thank you,

Laura:

No problem .

I'm not aware of a way to make the built-in weekly calendar print with
weekends the same size as the weekdays, but there is a Word template that
will create a calendar using Outlook calendar data where all 7 days of the
week are the same size. You can print your own calendar or someone else's,
you can print the days to appear either horizontally in rows or vertically in
columns, and you can even vary what day of the week is the first of the 7
days. The one thing I don't like about it was that it doesn't show how long
the meetings are for. I.e. it showed I have a meeting scheduled for today at
2 pm, but not how long that meeting is due to last.

It says it will work with Outlook 97/98/2000, so you should be good there.
I have Word 2003 and it worked fine for me.

Here is the URL where you can download it from Microsoft:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

You'll need to download and extract the .dot file, then put the .dot file
into the c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates folder.

If you don't like the way this calendar works, you might check out the other
options listed he http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm. Check
the section called Printing Tools. The link I gave you is an updated version
of the Outlook Calendar Template for Word that appears there.

Good luck!!
