Hi Jerome
Your printer is what decides whether or not Word can print on both sides of
the page.
If you have duplex options they will be in the printer setup.
If you don't have a printer that supports double sided printing, you can go
to File Print and choose to print odd pages only, and then turn the pages
over and print the even pages onto the back.
