Style Separator- both 2003, 2003 Word
Note that the style separator was introduced in Word 2002. If the
document is opened in an earlier release, that could explain why the separator doesn't always work correctly. Also, there is a "Disable features not supported by version" option in ToolsOptionsSave tab. If the document is opened on several different computers, make sure they all have that option cleared. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "brightz" wrote in message ... I am using the style separator to format some long documents that used a character styles. About 50% of the the style separator that I have inserted turn to "regular paragraph returns: on save. Is this feature a little buggy? I can find little about it anywhere. I know how to use the style separator and in new documents it seems fine. I have copied the text to new documents- same thing- thanks in advance lori |
