Dear All,

i am using MS Office 2003 and a very important file of mine is showing an
error according to """" this file is not in a recognizable format """"" i am
in very tens kindly can some one help me in this regards i will very thank
full to all of you.

Has you been able to open this workbook previously?

I would try opening the backup of this "very important" file.

Sometimes you can open corrupt Office files using the free
OpenOffice.Org suite. Be aware, though, that this is a huge download and
there is no guarantee of success. Perhaps you can recover the contents,
if not the format, by opening the file with Notepad.

Oh, and don't put your real e-mail address directly in your messages.
This is essentially an open invitation for spam. At least use "at"
instead of "@" and "dot" instead of "."
