Does Outlook have to be open for my calendar reminders to pop up?
When i set reminders for events on Microsoft Outlook Calendar, they only pop
up if I have the program open. When I used to use the old Microsift Works calendar, the reminders would occur even if Microsoft Works was not open. How can I ensure that reminders will be ubiquitous?
