.att file extension on forwarded calendar request
Any idea why the calendar requests from our client are coming over with an
attachment named something like ATT1135421.ATT? Is there a way to open them in Outlook? Thanks! -- Charles |

.att file extension on forwarded calendar request
Charles,
I don’t know why this is happening but I do have a resolution to the issue. Go to My Computer/tools/folder options Select the file type tab Search for the .ATT file, if it is there delete it. Now create a new file extension called ATT, click advanced and associate the file with vCalendar. Now close outlook if you have it open, the reopen Outlook and open the meeting request. -- Thanks "Charles" wrote: Any idea why the calendar requests from our client are coming over with an attachment named something like ATT1135421.ATT? .att file extension on forwarded calendar request
I've searched my entire C: drive and cannot locate vCalendar. So no luck...
Any idea where I can locate this? Thanks! -- Charles "Jason" wrote: Charles, I don’t know why this is happening but I do have a resolution to the issue. You need to follow the instructions I outlined. If you post an email address
I can send screenshots. -- Thanks "Charles" wrote: I've searched my entire C: drive and cannot locate vCalendar. So no luck... Any idea where I can locate this?
