Sorting Problem
I am trying to create a league table for employees.
The three fields are; Office, Name and amount sold. Obvisously i am trying to sort on the amount sold. Currently when i try to do this the numbers sort perfectly, however, i lose most of the info in the other fields, why is this? what can be done to fix it? Thanks in advance |

Sorting Problem
Not clear how this is a "reports"-related question. Not clear if this is a
Microsoft Access-related question. Are you working directly in the table? Do you mean a table like Access means a table? Where are you doing this sort? Directly in the table? In a query? In a report? When you say "lose most of the info" what do you mean? Permanently? Only while you are sorting? We aren't there, so we need more context to offer specific suggestions...
