Default If statement for sub-form help . Please

I need a Message Box to open and say "yada yada yada" if form
Employees with sub form on it named frmPayrollDeductions Text11 is 0
Text11 is a Number field with a currency format.

The MessageBox needs to open via the main form Named frmAutoPayrollReport
Not Sure what event to put it under!

Thanks,

Dave
