ftp problem in OneNote

I am trying to get MS OneNote to save to my web server
but the ftp routine won't show the public_html folder.
My WS_FTP program will. I presume this is because my web
host (Pair.com)uses a virtual pointer for web accessible
files for security. I tried setting up a new network
place as well but same results.

How do I get MS ftp to show all folders?

I have the same problem with any Office app, and OneNote
doesn't seem to have a forum like this yet.
