Delivering new email to main inbox - not hotmail inbox - how do I?
How can I get all of my email messages delivered to the main inbox in Outlook 2000 so that I can apply rules and use the organize feature? Right now I have a hotmail email address and Outlook insists on delivering the mail to a separate inbox that it created - apart from the main inbox. And the rules features do not work on the separate inbox.
Please Help! |

Are you sure you are using Outlook 2000? Outlook 2000 doesn't have Hotmail
support natively. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] www.howto-outlook.com Tips of the month: -Creating Signatures -Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3 ----- "jtw" wrote in message ... No you can't. You can get some of the functionality is you use Hotmail
Popper; a third party tool. This makes a Hotmail account behave more as a POP3 account. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] www.howto-outlook.com Tips of the month: -Creating Signatures -Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3 ----- "correction - outlook 2002 -" wrote in message ... You are right - it is 2002. So with 2002 - is there any way to get it to deliver all messages to the main Inbox so that I can use the rule wizard and organize functions? ----- Roady [MVP] wrote: ----- Are you sure you are using Outlook 2000?
