Default Printing email problem in Office 2003

8 emplyees share one laser printer. Whenever 7 of us print the header on our
emails is our name. The other persons emails prints "Main Identity" as the
header to her emails. We have tired several things but it never changes.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

the heading "Main Identity" would say to me that you are using OE for mail -
Outlook doesn't use Identities?

BTW, why do you need to print out emails in the first place? Electronic
storage is FAR superior to paper...

I am just a messenger sent on a mission from my boss. I have no idea why
they print the emails.

Ok, I checked back with my boss and the email system they are using is
Outlook Express. How do I change the printed header in Outlook Express?
