Seem to be permanently logged out

I logged out of my (Office Outlook Web Access) exchange email account the
other day and now can not log back in. Every time I try I get this message â€¦

You have successfully logged off from Outlook Web Access. We recommend that
you close all browser windows at this time.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get around this???
