Default In Outlook 2003 - block junk mail sent from internal address

Yes, you can create a message rule that deletes the message when it is in
the subject or body (or both).

Since it is coming from an internal address, it is not really Junk E-mail.
Simply contact that person and tell him/her that you do not appreciate
his/her mail or take it up with your/his/her manager. After all; he/she is
negatively affecting your efficiency.
