Default Emailing Publisher "Email Template"

Thank you, Mary. My original plan was to insert a pdf file in the email. I
upgraded to 2007 not realizing that it doesn't allow for that (as 2003 did).
Pretty unhappy about that - it's one thing that I consider a failing in an
otherwise good upgrade.

Unfortunately, I'm not having much luck saving my 2007 .pub as a .pdf. It's
proportions are distorted... much larger than what my file looks like on
screen. Is that a known problem w/ a solution?

Your recipients need to enable HTML email. This is unlikely to happen generally.
My advice is to send your weekly missive as a PDF. There are free converters
around. www.primopdf.com is free. Most folks have the Acrobat Reader.

I need to do the following: email a weekly update composed as a 2007 .pub to
my church then fwd it via Outlook 2003 email to congregants. It arrives
intact at church, but the fwded doc arrives unformatted. I've made sure that
"Mail format" settings at church "compose" and "Internet format" "converts"
to HTML. Any suggestions appreciated.
