Great advice. Thanks. Think I'll create a workspace with
the relevant books that way they will always open together
so if I rename the master at any stage, the links will
automatically update.

If you have the destination document open and with the
Master document
active File / Save As / MasterFeb then the links in the
destination
document will automatically be changed.
