We are offering 1-year of technical support included in our
Office Professional 2010 SKU.

What is SKU? Everkyone on the web seems to know it as "Stock-Keeping Unit"
but that doesn't seem to work, and no-one seems to know what it means in
Microsoftese.

Will this support be included in 2010 installations downloaded under the
"convert 2007 to 2010 free" offer?
