Hi Paul,

I have received your email with the attachment.

When I open the file, the following message will prompt:

This workbook contains links to other data sources.
* If you update the links, Excel attempts to retrieve the latest data.
* If you don't update, Excel uses the previous information.

In the meantime, I also find some formulas are used in this workbook. For
example:
='C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\
Excel\XLSTART\PERSONL.XLS'!ZeroKurve.ZeroKurve(B$2 ,E11,C$4:C$24)

Obviously, you have external data source linked to this workbook.

Based on my experience and research, this issue may cause if the linked
file is NOT existed in the proper location on your computer, or if the
workbook that you want to open has links to a closed workbook that is saved
in the HTML file format.

To resolve it, please perform the following steps:

1. Place these linked file in the proper locations on your computer and
then check if this issue reoccurs.

If the linked files are placed in the proper locations and the problem
persists, please go to next step:

2. To work around this issue, open the HTML file that the workbook is
linked to before you try to open the workbook that contains the links.

If you work around this issue by performing the second step, based on my
research, it is because Excel cannot update links from a workbook that is
saved in HTML file format if that workbook is closed. Excel updates the
links correctly only if the link source file is already opened. For more
