I ask you this. Why is there a ‘Report Render Problem’ button on the email
display pane? Can you tell us that?

Its purpose is to submit HTML messages to Microsoft where the text you see doesn't look right. Outlook 2007 includes improved CSS support, so messages may look different in OL2007 than they would in earlier versions.
