Default SnapShot Viewer Image Compressed

If you need to resolve an issue ASAP then I would suggest you learn how to
search GoogleGroups.

Here is an older thread on this issue. While it deals with a report being
magnified(enlarged), the issue and resolution are the same for your specific
problem.

The issue here is the resolution of the printer set as the Default for
the system or the specific printer for the Report at the time the
Snapshot was exported. You have set it to a higher resolution at the
time the Report is exported and then to a lower resolution when you are
viewing the Snapshot file.
Try setting it to the same specific resolution in both instances. This
only happens when its the same printer in both instances. The Snapshot
viewer gets mixed up!grin

I'm using A2000 on W98SE.

I've exported some reports as a snapshot file with no problem.

However, with
some reports, it's magnified by a factor of two in each dimension, so

only the
top left quarter of each page appears in the snapshot file.

Does anyone happen to know what might cause this ?

Thanks.

I have snap-shot viewer installed on server. An e-mail contains an
attachment of this file type, i.e., Image.snp. For myself - [an
administrator], I'm not having an issue viewing the image. For another
user,
when he opens the same e-mail file and attempts to open the attachment
file
the images is too small to be readable. It appears compressed. Using the
Zoom feature doesn't help this person to be able to view the file. It
appears the system opens the file for himself in a compressed mode - for
myself, [the same file] it's readble.

What can be causing this issue? Please advise, I'm at a loss to
understand
why and need to resolve this ASAP.
