Default Publisher 2003 document title

Put the title on the Master Page (Ctrl+m), adjust your text boxes on the foreground.

Am I missing something here? Are you really supposed to edit each
page, and each new page, to set the title?

If you change the title on the first page, do the rest of the pages follow
suit?

I tried creating a new Publisher document and importing the Word file
to it. Then I changed the title on the first page. But that had no
effect on subsequent pages.

I tried the same thing again but this time included a title page and
then changed the title on that. Again this had no effect on
subsequent pages.

I tried setting the document title in properies... no joy!

I tried all the above again but this time I changed the design after
changing the title to see if it would give Publisher a kick... but it
made no difference.

Thanks

James
