Default Superfluous zeroes when copying from Word table to Excel

C Michael

That didn't happen for me. My guess is that you have some extra rows in
your Word table.

Here's an example of the problem I'm facing:

I copy the following from a table in Word:
5
4
3
2

I go into Excel and Paste Special/Paste Link/Unicode to
keep the link. What happens is that I get:
5
0
4
0
So I'm getting a superfluous zero between each of my cells.
Any ideas?

Thanks!
